RCEF core
Common identity, evidence and change-control fields.
RMCA methodology
The RCEF methodology keeps the boundaries of a public statement visible from source review through publication, correction and renewal.

Why the method exists
Company registers, regulator records, firm statements, contractual documents and complaint routes cannot safely be collapsed into one undifferentiated conclusion.
Defined scope
A record says precisely what was reviewed and what was excluded.
Evidence character
Evidence character does not produce a universal firm score. One field can be independently corroborated while another remains self-declared or outside scope.
Modular architecture
Programme modules add market-specific questions without weakening the common identity, source and change-control discipline.
